The 20 Hour Basic Username and Passwords

Depending on the volume of registrations, it may be up to an 30 minutes after registration and payment for your username and password to be activated.
However, in most cases it is activated immediately
Training passwords are activated between 8 am and 9 pm - PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, 7 days a week.
If you register between 9 pm and 8 am (during the night), your username and password will be activated first thing the next day. In which case, you will receive access to start your training by 8:30 the next morning.
How usernames and Passwords are Assigned
Usernames are case sensitive!
We assign usernames for the 20 Hour Basic training. Your username will be your first and last name, all lower case letters, with no spaces.
Your password will be the last four digits of the phone number that your provided on your registration.
Example:
Username: janedoe
Password: 0353
An email will be sent to you immediately after registration with your log-in information. Your student account will be activated within 30 minutes after registration.
However, in most cases, the student account is activated immediately.
During high volumes of registrations, it may take longer for the student account to be accessible.
Each time that you enroll in training with Successful Solutions, please continue to use this assigned username and password. This keeps the password system simple to manage.
